Based on the design of the sole, it looks like these shoes would not be good on slick/wet surfaces. Anyone had problems with slipping?

Only had the show for about two weeks. Had some rain and was riding buses with what I would consider a slippery surface. I did not notice any problem with slipping. Very pleased with the shoes appearance, fit and performance. In short, no slipping noticed!

Does this shoe have mess or leather uppers?

Hi, The Leather 928v3s have leather uppers; however, other versions like the 928v3s in white have a synthetic/mesh upper.

? cleaning the new balance men's mens 928v3 walking shoe. what is the best way to clean these shoes. the webbed top is very dark now.

I know, I hate that! I use a tooth brush with blue Dawn soap, then put them in the washing machine. I will never but another webbed shoe.

Main difference is they made a bigger toe box standard in the V3. Went back to the V1 design. It is the reason I bought the V3. Also Amazon had the size I wanted - T2 width. I was wearing the V2 design.
