Native Full Body Deodorant Stick Contains Ingredients of Natural Origin, Deodorant for Men and Women, 72 Hours Protection Against Odours, No Aluminium with Coconut Oil and Ma

I should start by saying I’m reviewing this strictly as an underarm deodorant, even though it states it’s a whole body deodorant. My regular favorite natural-ish underarm deodorant that wins hands down over every other natural deodorant is Lume - but it’s pricey. Lume also makes a claim of 72 hour deodorant protection, which is a stretch but you can get at least 48 hours out of it - which is remarkable for a natural deodorant. The problem with natural deodorants is they’re healthier for you but weaker in underarm deodorant protection. Previously when I used natural deodorants, I would have to first spray a crystal salt deodorant in my pits, let it dry, then use another wipe on natural deodorant to get any staying power through the day - especially in hot weather. Lume let me get rid of that 2 step process. But again, it’s so pricey - I use the tube cream and you have to put a nice dollop on your finger which quickly uses up the product and then more $$$. When I saw this Native deodorant that makes a claim of 72 hours protection, I was super happy to have found a cheaper alternative! Even if I get the same previous 48 hours protection that Lume gave I’d be happy. Well, forget it! 72 hours is a ridiculous claim for this product. It’s more like a single day. It will hold for most of the day, but if it’s a hot sweaty day it’s done by the evening. Super disappointing.

Native brand products have been a choice in of mine for years and this product will certainly not make me change my mind. It smells great without being overly strong and lasts quite well. As someone with sensitivity issues who had to give up all scented products many years ago, Native has calmed my olfactory fears and reactions.

I’ve been a fan of Native deodorants for a while now, and recently decided to try their “Lilac and White Tea” version. While it’s a great deodorant with the same reliable performance I’ve come to expect from Native, I find that I prefer their “Citrus and Herbal Musk” scent. The “Lilac and White Tea” has a pleasant, fresh floral aroma that’s quite nice, but it feels a bit more suited for females than males. The deodorant itself works wonderfully, keeping me fresh throughout the day without any harsh chemicals. It’s gentle on my skin and doesn’t leave any residue, which is always a plus. However, I think I’ll stick with the “Citrus and Herbal Musk” from now on, as it has a more masculine scent that I feel is better for me. Overall, if you’re a fan of lighter, floral scents, the “Lilac and White Tea” is definitely worth trying. It’s just as effective as other Native products, and the scent is lovely – just not my personal preference for a more masculine option.

Having sensitive skin and constant reactions to all deodorants I've ever tried, I had pretty much given up on finding anything that works while also not causing my skin to freak out. Had to make a choice daily on if I wanted to deal with skin issues or body odor. Not anymore. It doesn't last the 72 hours it claims but it works amazingly just applied once or twice a day. No reactions, no bad odors, it is worth it's price. Costs more than most deodorants but works so much better, amazing scent, and has helped my skin too. 10/10 recommend. Been switching all my products for native products now. Just ordered the face lotion and shampoo and conditioner. Hoping to get the face serum and face wash soon too. Highly recommend native products especially to those like me with chronic illnesses that effect the skin.
