Awesome machine and amazing customer service!!
This machine has been amazing and fun to learn. It is tough and easy to assemble. They packed it and shipped it very well. Unfortunately I broke a few parts and customer service was more than amazing. They made this whole adventure a 5 Star experience!! Thank you

Davvero bellissima. Molto curata. Anche nei dettagli. L'ho solo migliorata un po' abbinandola ad un mandrino da 500w 12000rpm. Ma già con il mandrino originale si ottengono dei gran bei risultati.

Game-changer for my small business
This machine has been a game-changer for my business. I use it to cut 1/2" thick cork, and I can make so many more designs than I could when I cut it by hand. The learning curve was pretty steep, as my use case does not seem typical. Two reasons for 4 stars: 1. Some of the instructions and specifications are unclear for people new to CNC machines. I almost made the mistake of installing the spoilboard upside-down. When I went to google to figure out the right way, I saw a youtuber do the same. Also, the default 4040 pro comes with a 42/52mm spindle mount, and I had no idea whether to order parts for 42 or 52. 2. I did not have a laptop with Windows 10/11 or MacOS, which is what all the software instructions are for. I was able to build a driver for Ubuntu and eventually get everything connected and going. And the effort was worth it.
