I wish I read this book some 20 years before. Only a few simple messages in the book. Yet powerful. As the author says, this few messages are the 20% you should embrace for 80% of the results. Must read for anyone in business, management or any discipline chasing some massive results

Incredible book which provides a blueprint for systematically identifying the 20 percent leverage that gives 80 percent results and laser focusing on that for 10x. Concepts like Unique Ability help to define the core you and fitness function, dream check, who not how, self managing company amplify the success. It’s a systematic step by step process for living the boldest and the best version of you.

Ce bouquin, comme les 2 précédents coécrits par Dan et Ben sont bluffants ! Après "the gap and the gain" et "who not how", on vole de découvertes et ah-ha moments ! Ils sont vraiment fortiches ces deux-là pour te retourner le cerveau avec des concepts qui te font imaginer le futur comme si tu avais volé une paire de bottes de 7 lieues ! Quelle puissance !
