中途覚醒で、ここ何か月か夜中に目が覚め、朝まで眠れない日々が続いていました。 ホワイトノイズの効果のことを思い出し、疑問はありましたが購入しました。 私の場合、音量を高めにしても、突発音が消えることはなく、初めは逆に流れる音が気になって眠れなかったのです。 耳栓でほかの音を防ぎつつ、聞こえるか聞こえないかのレベルで、波の音を流すようにしたところ中途覚醒で夜中に起きることがなくなり、朝まで眠れるようになりました。 気になる点は、波の音にしても、他の音にしても、自然の音とは異なる音です。 波の音は、どちらかというと寝息に聞こえてきます。 音質は良くないですが、眠れるようになったので手放せないアイテムとなりました。

近隣の音に敏感なので購入しました。2番目のホワイトノイズによる打ち消し効果で音のカーテンのようになっています。 コードを差したまま枕元に常に付けているので、バッテリーの耐久は気になりますがとりあえずは大丈夫そうです。 自分用に音の順番や操作方法など1枚の画像にまとめたのでよかったら保存してお使いください。(翻訳によってなのか分かりづらい音の名称がいくつかあったので、しっくりくる呼び方に変更しました。)

Currently sleep training our 6 month old and this has been a game changer! Small and portable so able to take everywhere. Volume easy to do in the dark as buttons easy to feel. Lasts all night if not plugged in too. Easy to use and value for money. Sleek design and excellent quality. Couldn’t recommend enough - highly recommend for sleep training as drowns out other noise. We’d be lost without it.

This solved my problem of having to listen to two of my neigbors loud pool pumps all night! In Florida they put houses so close together that when everyone's pump gets old it gets loud!! Pool pumps unlike air conditioners run non-stop and never shut off during the 6-24 hours the home owner desires to have it on. I was up frequently at night and couldn't get back to sleep but this small and convenient item soldved it for me. There are many sounds that you can choose from. I have 3 that I like. The rain is my favorite. I have slept thru the night since I tried this. It is worth a try if you have annoying sounds keeping you up at night. Easy to use once you figure it out. I watched a video on this product and that took care of any issue of using it. Convenient recharging. Now if I could only not listen to the other neighbor's pool pump during the day I would be in heaven! Sounds like a vacume cleaner running ALL day.

WHAT would I have done without this?!! A dear friend and I traveled for two weeks in Europe and shared rooms to save moolah. She was a heavy snorer, but this completely saved my bacon! I only woke up once and was able to increase the volume a little and went right back to sleep. I think I might have snored some in which it helped her go back to sleep as well. Battery life is excellent and it is small so it fits well in any travel bag. I recommend buying the travel case made specially for it.

Excellent sound quality. A big advantage is that there are many sounds (I’m not sure of the exact number, I think around 12). It lasts about two nights without charging for us, and we use it everywhere.

I was diagnosed a couple years ago with ADHD inattentive type, which explains why I have sometimes such a hard time staying focused at work despite my best efforts. at work due to noise and distractions from employees. Even with my door closed, I get distracted easily due to noises and movements of employees, the office phone at the front desk, etc, so I figured I’d try this in the hopes it would help at least somewhat. Little did I know when I got this how great a choice I was making! The battery life is better than I could have hoped— I used it for days before needing to charge it. It’s small and takes up practically no space on my desk, I can move it easily and quickly if I need to make or take a phone call but don’t feel like turning it off. The sound quality is great, there are more sound options than I could ever need, the buttons are easy to use, and the volume range really suits my needs. This device has made my work life easier and more sane, which is saying something. Lol If you have any of the same issues I do, you won’t regret this purchase!
