I can’t believe I’ve lived without this for so long! My usual office-induced back pain was getting worse with pregnancy and this has helped A LOT! When I put it on, I breathe a sigh of relief. I thought my problem was that I was tight, but this helps keep things in place and avoid unstable joints that exacerbate pain. Comfortable enough to wear on a long haul flight and stretchy enough to move with you on a walk. Highly recommend for my fellow pregnant gals, but will be keeping it around PP for that post-leg day back pain.

This belt is made very well and feels secure when used properly. I definitely benefit when wearing this. I have bursitis, an SI joint hip issue and lower back nerve compression. The cold weather can aggravate all of these and this belt helps me function better with everyday activities and alleviates compression and pain . When used daily for a week to two weeks I feel a huge difference with everything. Highly recommend this item !

Lower back pain can be the last link in a chain that starts with fallen arches, calf cramps, sore knees and hamstring charley horses. For all those things I’ve been told to stretch my quads and tighten my abs to keep my pelvic tilt correct. And I have, but after the workout I go right back to my poor posture. Sound familiar? This thing puts my pelvis is just about the exact position I’m supposed to hold it in—without any thought. What a difference. One of the reasons for the poor tilt was tight quads, and I can feel them stretching when I wear this. I’ve been a little worried about wearing it too much, for fear of causing too much too soon, but it seems OK. Of course, it’s easy to take a break when you find you want to. Back to fallen arches. . .you’ll find all sorts of videos online that show how body mechanics change when your feet collapse inward. An over-the-counter orthotic does a lot to change the tilt of your Achilles tendon, and that relieves strain on the calves, knees, legs and lower back. Just flexing your pelvis to get the right tilt tends to pull your arches up—and it works in reverse, too. Since I learned that I’ve been trying to remember to hold my tilt correctly but now I don’t have to think about it. I suspect this will also help with neck pain which is associated with jaw tension. . .funny how poor posture affects everthing! Of course we all knew that but it’s hard to change. This band will be a big help in getting those tight muscles stretched and keep them from fighting the correct position I should stand in. I think it will be a great aid to recovery and expect to be able to do without it at some point. But for now, it provides excellent pain relief to the lower back and all those little muscles stretches are telling me it’s improving my posture without effort. Update: after two months the improvement is significant. Back pain is diminished and I find myself standing straight naturally, with far less pelvic tilt. This thing is well worth a try if you have lower back pain. Update 2: I’ve gone through 3 of these so far. After about 6 months the inside rubber starts to tear. I don’t know that the entire belt will come apart, but now I’m looking for another brand.

I normally do not write reviews....especially without going through the trial time....But this belt is SOMETHING if you suffer from SI pain. I have only had it for a few hours, and it seems crazy to already be writing one, but it's already helped TREMENDOUSLY. Depending on the day, one or both sides of my SI throbs and I wind up laying on the couch because I can no longer stand without looking like the witch from Snow White. So earlier, my right SI was literally on its way to sitting me down, so I looked up (for some weird reason) Sacroiliac pants. Instead of showing me pants (overall/bibs are so comfortable because nothing rests on my SIs), it instead brought this belt up. I ordered it with the 3 hour delivery and it arrived a few hours ago. I can make this belt so tight, it literally pushes my SI back in/applies pressure the WHOLE time I'm wearing this thing. It took me a few tries to get it right over the area, but once I did, I haven't sat down (except to stop what I was doing & write this because of the insane relief). I hope this continues to be the best thing ever, and I'll certainly try to remember to follow up and share more if anything changes. DEFINITELY try this out; I'm not saying it's for everyone, but it's for sure helping with my sacroiliac pain.

This belt stays in place while sitting or throughout the night, unlike others I've tried. It does a good job of securing the SI joint to prevent the pain of a slipping joint. Kudos!

It feels good when placing it above your hips for support and relieves pressure, but it constantly rolls up and has to be readjusted and replaced. I’ve had this for less than a month and it looks super raggedy due to the constant adjustments. The Velcro is great at sticking. I’d also recommend wearing it under your clothes so you don’t have to take it off when using the bathroom. I don’t like the constant readjusting so it’s going back.

It helps my back. To be narrow It really does the job to alleviate pain.

I'm actually weirded out by how well this belt immediately worked. Lower back pain completely gone. I have larger hips and was worried it would slide up my waist, but I put it on just over my underwear and it hasn't budged at all. It is a little sweaty, but it's summer and I run hot. Seems high quality, and should last a while. Would definitely suggest to everyone to order to try out. Especially if you are hypermobile.

I have encountered my worse SI Joint inflammation yet leading to sciatica which prompted me to finally purchase one of these lower back/tailbone belt. I also did a test by purchasing this product and another one that had looked similar and way more cheaper. The cheapest version arrived earlier and I wrapped this around for 10 minutes standing, but the belt did not help my sciatica - numbed thighs, I felt discomfort and more numbed, I didn’t think it was the product itself, I just thought that these belt are another one of those gimmicky buys and took the belt off. This ActivePlay version arrived the next day but due to the experience of trying the cheaper version the night before, I assumed this would be the same experience; numbing, tight and discomfiting - not my preference. I put this PlayActive one for what I thought would have been only 10 minutes and held no expectations… I wore this belt and (with slow steadiness) was able to do some light task for a further 30 minutes. The next morning, to double check the test for both belts, I wore the cheaper version again and feel unsteady trying to stand up right to brush my teeth (I give up and sit on the side of my bath for support) and then swap for the PlayActive version and my lower back feels secure. Comparison: The appearance of both do look the same except for PlayActive’s belt inner grips are slightly thicker, meaning more gripping, more resistant so, more secure. Which is why my lower back seems more secure. I was keen to return this product and was hoping the cheaper version could work but I took the sensible option: the comfort, less pain, slightly more mobile and at ease, this one is a winner.

Best discovery after internet . I lost all hope with my lower back but this belt brought me back . Highly recommended. Stop wasting money on creams and doctors and chiropractors.
