They state that they contain the following: theanine, saffron extract, maca, and functional mushrooms (Lion's Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps). But they do not disclose that they LIKELY contain kanna/mesembrine (a potent psychoactive alkaloid) which is very likely to be the source of the “euphoric high” feeling you receive from consuming them. It is not dangerous UNLESS you take certain prescription medications like SRI’s SSRI’s MAOI’s and supplements like 5-HTP. This could cause serotonin syndrome which is a life threatening drug reaction that can occur when too much serotonin is present in the body.
