There’s a different OP1 switch kit available in the US that sells with a hot swap socket, which you can plug other micro switches into. This, however, is identical to the switches that the OP1 comes pre-installed with. And they are great switches, but if you’re looking to try something different, you’ll need a solder iron. And a solder sucker. And a roll of solder. And some helping hands.

Fit like a glove, the lighter binned switches are definitely noticeable. Swap took 4 minutes to do. Comes with a tool inside the package.

The switched are working perfectly, no double clicking and are easy to install. I just wish there would be a bigger variety of type of switches to try as they are the only one available right now.

It's lighter, clicky, and fixed the double clicking issue of my op1 8k after I replaced it with these. Strangely enough, I want lighter if possible, but these are amazing.
