Usually these are good(as I am purchasing it 2nd time), but this particular item is old stock that's why it's very hard in feel. I found the better version in offline store but in more price.

Runs Tight Around the Upper Foot
My usual foot size is 9, and I ordered size 9. However, the slippers feel a bit tight around the upper part of my foot, making them slightly uncomfortable to wear. It would be better if there were a little more room in the upper strap for a more comfortable fit.
