Great trio ,good vitamins we need
Love this trio , it helps me loose weight less cravings,gives me energy, I feel so much better. Also it helps me with my menopause, no more hot flashes and my hair and nails are growing, my hair isn't falling out.

There is a ton of variety here
This is a great set of different vitamins and minerals. My daughter likes to take several different supplements for different reasons and previously I was buying several different types of individual supplements. When I saw this set, I showed it to her and she really likeds the combinations in this set. It was a bit pricey but overall with all the different elements involved I think its a pretty good deal. 2 of the bottles contained 30 day supplies while the blue bottle is a 60 day supply. I have only tried the blue bottle myself which contains magnesium and ashwaganda witth other herbals supplemets and i likes the calming feeling at bedtime. There was no unpleasant odors or tastes. Overall I was impressed

Overall, this is a complete set of supplements. However, there’s a few things I would’ve done different. Specifically with a magnesium. Nobody really needs magnesium citrate. All that does is make you have diarrhea. I was really bummed out to see that in there. In the future, I’d probably order all of these separate.

Great, will buy again
This trio of supplements is really great, and I plan to keep using them. I have been using these for 4 months now and can see a positive impact on my energy levels, sleep quality, and my gut sensitivity. They seem to be aiding in some healthy weight loss as well, which is a nice bonus. They are easy to swallow, have clear instructions and product information, and I haven't noted any negative effects yet.
