RETRACTION OF PRIOR COMMENT. IN THE PAST, I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS ORBIT IRRIGATION CONTROLLER. I PURCHASED THE 8 PK AND FAILED. I WAS PAST AMAZON 30 DAY COVERAGE. I CONTACTED ORBIT. THEY CLAIMED TO HAVE STARTED A RETURN AND NEEDED A COPY OF MY RECEIPT. WE SENT IT AND NOTHING. CALLED THEM A SECOND TIME AND THE SAME SITUATION, NOTHING. 6 YR WARRANTY, THAT IS A LAUGH. DO NOT BUY ANY ORBIT PRODUCT AND EXPECT RETURNABILITY. I GUESS I JUST TAKE IT IN THE SHORTS BY ORBIT!
