Honesty, I would have never purchased without a friend sticking his on my phone first. literally, cooled down my phone and removed the over heat warning in about 5 minutes. The phone was cool to the touch even. There are no instructions in the box. there is a single button on the fan, which you use to change the fan speed, double click to turn off the lights (and save battery power). It's quiet and works great. Agree with other reviews, should have included a cable.

This cooler works great. My phone used to get very hot when I played games. Now it stays cool. The magnet is strong and holds tight. It is small and quiet too. I am very happy with it.

It works well; it keeps the phone cool, and the quiet mode is decent, but you have to hold it perfectly because the part can heat up and burn your finger

Really cools my device when playing Pokemon Go or other video games, the back of the phone feels very very cold. The drawback is that you have to use it plugged in. I've decided to use it while in the car and take my car off charger, then when cool enough take it off.

I wouldn’t know how it works because it doesn’t come with any cables! If it requires a cable to use, why not provide one? This should be standard.

Great use but you have to get a normal charger specifically for the cooler. Can’t use it with fast charging.

It's good, like really, really good. I am amazed honestly. It gets painfully painfully cold if you touch it to your skin. On my phone, where it's supposed to be, the magnet is strong and the effect super efficient. Phone runs faster and no more overheating. Just make sure the USB port you attach it to is strong enough. If it is not it will not spin full speed or light the light up.

Living in southern EU my I phone is always over heating and the screen becomes unreadable. I thought ok … another gimmick to try so the Black Shark arrived and I lm actually amazed it works. Out all day in 28c and it never went dim. When I removed the fan, the rear was actually cold.. Very pleased ..
