Perfect for what they are meant for. Not a top tier lifter but for the weight I'm using it keeps the wrist supported nicely.

These things are stiff, they are made well and look awesome! These are made for serious lifts, I'd say too stiff for weekly gym workouts. Seem like these are made for strongman or PR city. I'm gonna try to get them to loosen up a little but they are serious wrist wraps. If your not into strongman or lifting super heavy, I'd get there other wrist wraps.

Good wraps, keeps my wrist sturdy and locked in when benching 300+lbs. Downside is that the Velcro is cheap, had em for a week and already fraying out
