Delish + Does Help Calm!
I first tried the Calm Cucumber Mint flavor from my grocery store and liked it so much I decided to give a few new flavors a go. I'm glad I did-- while I have my preferences, there wasn't a flavor in this pack I didn't like. All were pretty true to their names as well, i.e., ginger, raspberry and elderflower.Carbonation is great. I didn't pay attention to the sugar content so I can't speak to that but can say it did have a calming effect. I think the value for money is pretty good and I will be ordering it again.

Tasty and refreshing
I am having a very hard time choosing my favorite flavor b/c all of these drinks are delicious! They have the perfect amount of sweetness and carbonation to them. I find that they do have a calming effect and I love the combination of ashwaganda and lions mane along with the fact that these are stevia-sweetened.

Tasty and actually helps me relax
These drinks are so good! I love the variety pack, every flavor tastes fresh and not overly sweet, more like a light, refreshing sparkling drink than a heavy soda. Raspberry Blossom and Peach Ginger are my favorites so far.What really surprised me is that I’ve noticed I sleep better on nights when I have one in the evening. It’s become part of my nightly wind down routine. Nice to have something that tastes great and actually makes a difference.Definitely repurchasing this one!

I only gave it a 4 bc I wasn’t wild about Melin Cucumber or the Raspberry flavor. The Elderflower and Peach were wonderful I. Taste. All were effective with calming.
