I really love the Frameo App! This 10" Feelcare frame is great, too.
I wanted a digital frame that could download pictures via wi-fi, so I could send new photos regularly to my 23 year old son who just moved out to go to Utah for a new job, but who doesn't have many new friends there yet and is now living alone. Because this Feelcare unit uses the "Frameo" app, it fits the bill perfectly, and I send him a few new photos of his mom and I & our pets every day! You down load the free Fameo app to your phone, give it access to all of your photos there, and it has an easy user interface to select which ones to send to the frame. You can even add captions at the bottom of each photo, or skip this step (so the opaque white horizontal caption bar isn't blocking the bottom 1/4" of the picture on the screen. More on the captions feature below. Another very cool feature: you can set up multiple frames and give them each a unique name (like one for each of your kids or family friends), and designates with a button on the app which (or all) of the frames to send new pictures too. These other frames don't have to be the same brand or manufacturer, but they do all have to use the Frameo app for this to work. I planned to set up at least 2 or 3 different digital frames I update regulary (with maybe only "25%" common pictures, the rest unique based on who I'm sending them to, and I didn't want to have to use multiple apps on my phone, trying to remember which one worked w/ which frame, or how their features or interface may differ from each other. I just purchased a new 8" frame on Amazon on Prime Day for myself, and I bought one made be "Dhwazz" that advertised generally the same features as this Feelcare unit, just slightly smaller (only $75!). The key was it also uses the Frameo app, so I didnt even need to read the instruction book, I already knew how to use all the features (which are basically the same). These are touchscreen units, so once you have a bunch of photos downloaded, it's simple to slightly adjust how the photo is cropped, or to "Hide" (delete) certain photos you don't want to display in your continuous slide show. I leave my frame in landscape orientation, and the frame automatically flips each picture to best fit that format (so you don't have to go back to your computer and do this manually, one at a time...I did that once for my old digital frame with a usb stick to hold the photos and it was a huge PITA!) You will find that when you take a vertical (portait) orientation photo on your phone, it is best adjusted once you send it to the frame using the [fit to frame] button on the touch screen of the frame. When you take a horizontal (landscape) photo with your phone turned sideways, the best adjustment onscreen is instead the [adjust] button, which lets you slide the landscape photo slightly up or down (but does not reduce the size of the photo, to prevent it from being cropped by the frame size.) You will get the hang of it quickly and the user interface is intuitive. Also, the packaging for both of these frames and the quality reminds me of opening a new Apple product...someone is paying attention! When you transfer photos from your phone to the frame in bulk, the most it will let you select at a time is 10 photos, then you need to go back and transfer 10 more. I think if you want to add a caption, the same caption needs to apply to all 10 photos. This is fine in some cases (ie "Jan 2019 Sedona Hiking Trip"), but not so when you want to put a funny quote to a specific photo to highlight something humorous you captured in the moment. Best to leave those out of the bulk transfer 10-at-a-time, and send those one at a time. One last point, my son doesn't have wi-fi yet in his new apartment because he may be relocated again in a few months. So to download new pix he either needs to take the frame somewhere that had wi-fi (ie SBUX), or tether it to a hotspot on his 4G phone for wi-fi. This is a very cool product and I am very happy so far. Plan to add multiple more frames for the office, friends as gifts (pre-loaded with the photos I have taken with them that they may have never seen), etc. Buy it!!

Amazing Quality, Lots of features. Great Product!
Love this frame! The image quality is perfect. Its is bright and sharp. The app is great too. With a $16.99 per year fee, you can upload 100 photos at a time, view and edit each photo in the app (or on the frame). Without the subscription you can upload 10 at time and edit on the frame screen. You can set schedules so the frame comes on and off when you want it to. It holds a ton of photos. You can adjust the time the photos are on the screen. You can add captions to your photos. And it displays the time and temperature if you want. I have had these electronic picture frames before, and this one is the best I have had. I would recommend this to a fried!

Easy to Use, great for Grandma
Very happy with the Feelcare 10 inch Smart WiFi Digital Photo Fram with Touch Screen, IPS LCD Panel, Built in 8GB Memory. Day 1, received it - opened box, plugged in, opened directions, scanned quick directions, downloaded app and uploaded photos within about 10 minutes of opening box. I am not super tech savvy and this is so easy to use I know my 84 year mom is going to love this gift! Family is already sending photos to the frame so when my mom opens the gift on Mother's Day she'll already have lots of photos to enjoy. Let's answer my own questions that I have asked regarding this frame and several others that I have browsed. And since I did not know before I purchased the viewing area size prior to purchase, I am very happy with the actual size of the photo shown. The black frame itself (landscape) is: 10 1/2" x 7 3/4". The actual picture viewing area: 8 1/2" x 5 3/8" (not displaying caption box). 8 1/2" x 4 3/4" (displaying caption box). My two pictures shown are the same photo, the first is in the 'fill screen' mode, the second is 'fit screen' mode. The picture was taken with my cell phone in portrait mode. Notice the second photo is blurred in the outside area of the photo which is nice, because it is blurred with its own photo, no black background screen. The pictures display either in chronological order (as uploaded) or in shuffle mode. The caption box shows which 'friend' uploaded the photo. One of the great things is your family could send the same photo to ten frames at once, so fabulous if all the grandparents and parents have the same frame all the kids/grandkids could share with everyone immediately and keep everyone in the 'loop'. So there are only two issues: the screen at times does not seem sensitive enough in the top left corner for the 'back' "button" but to be fair I do have a short to medium length nail. The other but does not effect my rating at all because I knew when I ordered it, it does not have a battery which I think might be nice. HOWEVER it would mean that my mom would have to handle it more, replace them and I wanted this to be as close to 'set and forget' as possible. Now when a photo arrives, she may want to adjust, such as touch the screen (center screen, sensitivity is perfect), choose the fill screen or fit to screen, or adjust the photo up and down. If a photo is duplicated, it can easily be hidden or discarded. I have already recommended it to family and friends, I'm pleased enough that I am considering these for my kids for Christmas or birthdays, along with one for me. I could have spent more, but don't believe the extra bells and whistles are necessary, which will come with more to do and not worth the money. This unit holds at least 1000 photos, kinda feel that is more than enough.

Stopped working after 9 or 10 months, but they sent a new frame!
Update: After some emails back and forth and finding out that it was indeed a hardware malfunction after 9 months of use, Feelcare sent me a new frame! I had not contacted them until after a year past when I bought the frame, but they still honored the one year warranty since my elderly mom hadn't been able to figure it out herself and had waited for me to visit to fix it. I feel like that kind of integrity deserves moving my rating up from the two stars I originally gave it! Besides the original frame breaking early,my mom loves it, and it works well for all her kids and grandkids to share photos with her. I bought a frame last year on amazon on November 10, 2019. I gave it to my Mom and Dad at the end of November 2019, and it worked great! I could send them photos although I lived several hours away. However, at the end of September 2020 (less than I year after I bought it), I noticed I could no longer send pictures because my Frameo app said the frame was always offline. My mom said that the frame indicated it was still connected to Wifi, but that it would also say "No internet". She had tried restarting and rebooting it, but couldn't figure it out. I assumed it was something simple that I could figure out when I came to visit them in November, (my older parents don't "do" technology.) However, now that I am here (in November) and have gone through the troubleshooting process, I can't find the problem. I tried emailing customer support, but have not heard back. I wish they had a phone number I could call or do an online chat. Currently, this is what it is doing: There is always a note in the upper left corner that says "Your frame is currently offline. Tap to connect to wifi." When I tap on that, it shows that I am connected to the wifi and the signal strength is very good, but under "connection status", it says "No internet." Resetting wifi and rebooting does not change anything. My parents have had no changes to their internet service, router, etc. during this year, and all their other devices work fine to connect to the internet/wifi. As I've tried restarting the frame several times, I've also seen these messages from time to time (but not every time): "Frameo has stopped working." and also "Unfortunately, com.android.smspush has stopped." I would like to hear from customer support on a way to fix this. If it can't be fixed, I feel like they should either offer a replacement or at least a steep discount on another frame since we had less than a year of it working correctly.

I love my new Wi-Fi photo frame!
It took me several days to find a good Wi-Fi photo frame and after lots of research I finally decided to buy the Feelcare Wi-Fi photo frame. I was first impressed by its sleek minimalistic design. This frame really surprised me because of its user-friendly interface. It is a nice-looking product that meets my basic needs. Setting it up is quite easy. Power on the device then connect to your Wi-Fi and it is ready to go. Tell your family and friends to download the Frameo App available on the Apple App Store and Google Play store. Then on the frame you click add friends and it displays a code. You give this code to family and friends and they will input it on their Frameo app when they click add frame on their phone and voila they are connected! It is just that easy! My family and myself were able to instantly send photos from anywhere to the frame as long as you are connected to the internet. The display is bright, and the pictures are clear and colorful as you can see in my provided photos. In the settings you can customize it to your liking. You can delete photos, import photos from TF cards, back-up photos, and choose the time duration of each photo displayed. My favorite feature of all is the frame can be displayed in portrait or landscape and the photo is centralized to prevent distortion and side bars. This is taken care of when your family and friends decide how to send the photo. They are given the option to focus on specific parts of the photo so when it is displayed in portrait or landscape it is displayed as intended. Also, all the photos sent from the phones are saved directly into the frame and not on a cloud. I love my new photo frame! Thank you for your time on reading this review and I hope you are as satisfied as I am with your new Feelcare Wi-Fi photo frame.

Headache of a gift for grandparents
I bought this WiFi picture frame for my grandparents when their great granddaughter was born. They don't live anywhere nearby and are a bit too old now to travel, as well as don't use technology much. That being said, this picture frame was a great way for them to see their great granddaughter from afar. The frame got setup to their WiFi and seemed to be working for a little while. There have been hiccups throughout the last 5-6 months where it kept disconnecting, and someone would have to go over to their home and reconnect it for them. Recently, when photos were being sent from our cellphones to the frame, we'd get messages of "Oops... The photo cannot be delivered right now since all recipients are offline." I am not sure what the issue is for this to continuously happen now over the last 30 days. They have had several people hook it up and try to figure it out (how hard can it be to hook up an electronic to WiFi????).. and it either is connected to WiFi and is just not working, or it is just malfunctioning like crazy and has stopped working with WiFi. All the other devices that they have (cellphones, iPads, TVs, etc.) seem to be working just fine and can reconnect to the internet if there were any maintenance or power outages, etc. The seller has provided a replacement of the same frame... but this one seems to be doing the same thing. I don't know if it is a software issue with the frame and/or the phone app to send pictures....... but man has it been a headache as a gift for my elder grandparents who are not super great with technology. The frame should not be losing connection to the internet/be running into issues this often. This was meant to show my grandparents their great granddaughter, and they haven't seen an updated picture in a couple months now as no one seems to be able to get either frame to work correctly (my uncle who works at a computer store and basically does this type of a thing for a living cannot get them connected/working anymore). I will be asking for a refund to buy a different brand, as this was only bought in July 2019, and as the idea of the frame itself was fantastic. I just wish that it would work and be more reliable. This brand needs some help with coding their software and getting it to be more stable. Please consider all your options when buying something like this. Cheaper prices with decent reviews are not always the best option. Spend the extra money if you are in a situation like mine, because the constant phone calls of "The picture frame is not working" is getting a bit frustrating.

Great purchase and very easy to setup and use!
Bought the 8" frame for a gift. Loaded 120 or so pictures and videos using the Frameo app. You can load photos via the app (WiFi), USB stick or SD card but wanted to test Frameo for loading of future photos and videos long distance. Worked quickly, easily and well. You can use the USB or SD card to Load or backup photos. Did not test this out. It can only select ten pics OR 1 video at a time but other than an initial load, is sufficient for occasional sharing of photo and videos. I was able to get everything loaded in an hour. You can label each picture if desired. Once I hit send, I was able to start selecting more pictures so this did not slow me down. I selected videos that were longer than the 15 seconds and Frameo automatically cut them. Picture quality was very good, photos auto rotated and the frame automatically turns on and boots up when plugged in. There was no remote as it is a touch screen which was very responsive. I'm really loving it and thinking of getting more for gifts. Hopefully this frame will last for a few years.

Great for my elderly parents in Florida
I am so glad I bought these! I got one for myself and one for my parents who live way down in Florida. I was able to tell them how to enter their Wi-Fi password into the frame fairly easily and once that was done, I have been sending them one or two pictures a day to enjoy. Looking back, I wish I would have purchased a larger one because from across the room they laugh about having a hard time seeing who is in the picture LOL but they are loving this gift! I have been enjoying my own as well. I put my own pictures on it for myself. I never expected my parents to begin sending pictures to MY frame, but once they learned how they are obsessed! LOL it's adorable and we are having a fun time with it. It still amazes me that I can send them a photograph instantly from New York to Florida on their frame. The app is pretty easy to use, and I love how you can set the time of the frame to turn off. In the future, I may purchase more of these of a larger size. What a fantastic idea for space-saving and seeing all these memories rotating throughout the day. My only complaint is that every time you get new pictures send, it shows as a notification on your frame and you have to tap it in order to make the notification go away. I don't mind it so much for myself but I believe it's a hassle for my elderly parents because it takes away some of the visual of the photographs and they are not always the best at doing a fast tap on a touch screen LOL

Problem in resetting after crash
The system has excellent display. But after an OS crash it does not reboot. The reset button functions but a remote has not been supplied. So it is not possible to reset. The touch screen is not functional in the line mode, I am even ready to pay for a remote. For me the digital frame is useless,
