These is a lot of oil that settles on top, which is a turn off. The flavor is delicious though.

1st why the zero stars: 1. ) although I don't see heat and truffle flavor to be mutually exclusive, I expected much more turffle flavor ("truffle" lovers will in some sence be disapointed). 2. ) though the packaging is snazzy (nice gift) and the tops are safty sealed (like with dry goods). The tops don't pop. So enjoying my purchase is offset by this lack of detail. Why the upgrade from zero stars: 1.) it is very creamy. 2.) it is a refined sauce. 3.) the heat is very refined. 4.) for some if you use it as an add on sauce to say a alfredo with some chopped tomatos and pesto you get a very nice dish. 5.) i would like it better if they marketed it as a spicy creamy tomato sauce with a touch of tomato. Lasty I would add that I have also tried the regular version--it is also with the same packaging, it is also spicy (though less so), and nevertheless short on truffle flavor. Used as an add on sauce if you get it on prime day--if you can get past the packaging issue you will likely be very satisfied. Because of the packaging issue I don't think either will be purchased again.
