Our Red Lobster Gluten Free Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix does not contain shellfish, and is not manufactured in a facility with other products that contain shellfish.

Read the ingredient list on the package. It looks like it’s dairy free. However you add cheese the the mix before baking and the melt butter for the garlic sauce you spoon on when the biscuits come out of the oven. You might be able to make some creative substitutions and end up with dairy free biscuits.

What is the best buy date for mixes bought in May or June 2023?

The case that was delivered June 15, 2023 best used by date is 2/2024. We love these...it's difficult to find rolls/bisquits that are really tasty in Gluten-Free, so we make a box of them every week.

Can the mixes be frozen for longer shelf life? I know the biscuits can be frozen after baking; they are great reheated.

They absolutely can! If you're looking to prolong the shelf-life of this mix, a freezer can help with that. We do not, however, recommend storing mixes in the refrigerator, as that can lead to absorbed odors and staleness.
