I just tried this silicone cups. They are soft and sucks my skin well. I’ll keep it and massage with oil.

Easy to use and definitely work! My daughter pulled her quad and I used this on her for few days and it healed faster than the two weeks that had already gone by!

No suction whatsoever. I needed it for my lower back and it doesn’t stay put. I used oil and followed the instructions but nothing. Would not recommend.

I needed a quick and easy cupping set to get me through in between therapy appointments. It takes a little bit to get the hang of it, but once you do they work great! I reckon I’ll be back for a second set.
