Don't waste your money.
The phone hardly worked when it arrived and didn't last a couple of weeks.

GREAT phone, actually.
The phone arrived one day earlier than expected. Packaging was intact. Upon opening the phone looked clean and new with 3-ft data charging cord.The phone is large and easy to use. It does everything I want i to. Its a great phone, actually.

Refurbished issues about the phone before u buy
It did not operate properly after 6 months, the volume was bad

Same ole problem with Samsung phones
Only had it a few days and already it will not charge. Tried several chargers and adapters and nothing. Now when the battery dies that is it. This really sucks

Awesome phone, delicate screen.
LOVE this phone! I broke it within 1 week and had to send away for insurance replacement. Make sure your phone's corners are covered on the screen. I had it in a nice folio case and from a sitting position it fell no more than 7". Hit an unprotected corner and that was all it took. Shattered the screen. I don't believe it's gorilla glass. My husband has his in an Otterbox case and he is doing great with his. Mine is in a new Samsung case made for the Mega. Hopefully I'll do better this time around. The deductible will kill ya. Absolutely would buy it again:)
