I have cervical & lumbar spinal stenosis & I have tried everything to help ease the pain, including traction & several different types of back braces. The only thing I can say is this one is amazing. I don’t usually leave a review, but because I have just tried this & found it to ease the lower back pain almost immediately I had to share this information. If anyone out there is suffering from lower back pain, whether from lumbar spinal stenosis or just from being over worked, you have to try this brace. I can’t say enough good things about this brace, other than thank you for making something that actually works for me.

I had a compression fracture of my lower spine 2 1/2 years ago. It healed okay. But, I had aches when I was on my feet too long. I've tried several braces. This one works for me. It's easy to put on & take off & is comfortable enough during long drives in my car. I was able to finish the work I was doing on my truck where I hurt my back. Warning! If you've been trying braces & found them to be small according to their size charts. The X Back isn't. The size they give is accurate. I originally ordered too large. I traded it off to a friend who paints houses. He says he likes the support. Order for your waist size.

This is the best lower back brace my husband has every found. He has had 8 back surgeries with the last one a fusion and this brace gives him a confidence of stability that none of his other back braces ever had. The comfort, ease and fit is a true blessing. The ease to adjust the belt and support it give is one of a kind. Glad we found it.
