Favorite printer
Love this printer. Print quality is far better than my epson or cannon printers. This is our second unit we added to our office. It prints so many copies per cartridges. It was easy to add to our devices and automatically shows up on our wireless devices like phones and iPads to print from any device in the office or home and from anywhere in the office or home. It was easy to set up and align. Sturdy machine, not too heavy sits perfectly on a printer stand.

I regret buying it.
This is the worst printer I've ever had. If I could give it zero stars, I would. It jams every few files I print. I'm not even printing crazy file sizes either; my document can be a few pages long, and it will error out on the first one. And these jams are not due to the quality of paper I am using. In addition to the constant paper jams, I've had cartridge errors, and once when the printer didn't even realize it was glitching. It kept warping, shifting, and erasing portions of the documents I was printing. After about an hour of trial and error (to confirm that it was indeed the printer and not my laptop, the file, or the connection) I had to do a couple hard reboots to get it to work. The worst part is that I was charged for those failed attempts at printing my document because it didn't even realize it was failing. The subscription fee is also straight up predatory. It's not clear that you CANNOT opt out of the printing subscription, nor that the printer will refuse to print anything and lock up after your "free trial" is over. It's not a trial period if you do not have the option of cancelling after the trial period is over. This is honestly very disappointing because I used to be a loyal HP user. All of my printers growing up were HP, and now I've completely lost trust. It takes a lot for me to write a product review, and this one was bad enough for me to want to warn others not to buy it. And this isn't for money; I had a few documents I needed to print, and then a few months later when I needed to print more, all of these problems became apparent; but it was well after the return period ended. I will be buying a new printer from another brand and have accepted that I wasted money on trash. Yes, it was a cheap printer, and things like its slow printing speed was acceptable, but it's performance was so much worse than what I was expecting from an HP product. Absolutely terrible. Also do not rely on the AI check marks when looking at the product reviews. Do not make the same mistake I did. I literally did not mention anything about the duplex printing, paper capacity, or scanning, and somehow the AI interpretted it as a positive.

HP office jet pro
Ok I’ve waited almost a year to write my review. I wanted to see how it held up first. Now I can honestly say I’m very with this purchase. It came in so handy to print our pictures for my youngest daughter’s sweet sixteen & my oldest daughters graduation pictures . Very good print quality. And I love love, love that I got 3 actually 6 months of free ink. Heck yeah! The only thing that might bother some people is that it’s a little noisy, nothing major. The ink cartridges are really easy to change. I did have slight problem connecting it to the internet took a little longer than expected. All in all it’s held up well no issues.

Great home office printer!
I LOVE this printer. I looked for a while for a printer where I could print directly from my phone. With this printer, I can send something to print from my phone to the printer at my desk downstairs and it prints with no problem. It has a clean print quality, is fast, light weight, wireless, easy to set up and get connected. It’s nice looking and doesn’t take up a lot of space. It holds about 50 sheets of paper, has duplex printing, can scan, fax and copy for such a low price! It does take ink cartridges which were easy to subscribe to. They were also easy to install.

it is a good printer
This printer is a good printer but has some flaws. The paperwork that came with it is pretty much useless. It was fairly easy to install. The printer screen is too sensitive. While scrolling through the menu you end up in a menu location you didn't want most of the time. The scrolling is backwards. To scroll down you have to move your finger up the screen. There are some menu locations you can't get out off and have to wait for it to timeout. The automatic firmware update fails. I tried it from the HP web site too and it still failed. The screen tells me the firmware is up to date and that there is an update available. It can't be both.

HP printers : A Masteeclass of frustration
HP Printers: A Masterclass in Frustration After owning two HP printers, I can confidently say I will never buy another HP product again. Both printers suffered from reliability issues, poor software, and a user experience that can only be described as infuriating. What should be a simple task—printing a document—too often turned into troubleshooting drivers, reconnecting wireless settings, reinstalling software, and searching for support that seemed impossible to reach. The hardware quality was equally disappointing. Components felt flimsy, and neither printer delivered the durability I expected from a major technology brand. When a printer becomes the most difficult device in your home office to keep operational, something is seriously wrong. Perhaps the most frustrating aspect was customer support. When products fail, support is supposed to restore confidence. Instead, the experience felt like navigating a maze of automated systems, generic troubleshooting articles, and endless dead ends. A printer should be a tool, not a hobby. I don't want to spend my time updating firmware, reinstalling drivers, or wondering why a device that worked yesterday suddenly refuses to cooperate today. After two disappointing experiences, HP has lost me as a customer. There are too many alternatives on the market—particularly from Japanese manufacturers such as Brother, Canon, and Epson—that have built reputations for reliability and customer satisfaction. In my experience, HP has become a brand I can no longer recommend. What should have been dependable office equipment turned into a recurring source of frustration, wasted time, and disappointment.

I would not recommend unless you LOVE to have a bad printing experience
I thought I ordered the HP OfficeJet Pro 8125e, but received the 8120e instead. Good: The setup was easy. The app was easy to navigate. It automatically prints on both sides. The print speed isn't too slow. User-friendly touch pad. Connecting to the wifi was a simple process. KEEP READING FOR THE CONS: I am returning this printer -I received the wrong printer. I believe others have written reviews claiming the same. This is a horrible bait-and-switch situation. -The connectivity is a joke. I have been able to print 144 pages so far, but it's over the span of 1 week because I keep having to uninstall and reinstall the printer on my device to get it to connect. As a last resort, I even bought a cable a couple of days ago to connect the printer directly to my laptop, but it didn't work. -I printed out up to 40 double-sided pages at a time, and that's where it messes up the most, but even as something as simple as 1-5 pages at a time, it still doesn't work. It's very frustrating to wonder whether what I need printed will print. -It is very persistent in trying to sign you up for Instakink & wanting to collect your data. A printer wanting to track your data is ridiculous, since it only has a simple job. -Photo quality is horrible, and yes, I used HP photo paper. The colors were not vivid; the quality was not very detailed, and it was still very wet and smudgy. -You have to use only HP ink. It does not recognize 3rd party ink. -The ink goes out quickly.

Excellent Printer But...
Easy to install. Excellent connectivity and good print quality from any device, but original repacement cartridges are really expensive and not easy for find in the UAE. The HP automatic ink replacement option lists a supplier who shows item is not available so that option (together with the 3-months free ink supply offer) is not available in the UAE, so it would seem...

I hate this printer
I really regret buying this printer. It has been nothing but a headache once the free ink trial ended. We were essentially unable to use it properly without signing up for the monthly ink subscription (around $10/month), which feels very limiting. Since then, it’s been one issue after another connectivity problems, constant “validating” errors, internet-related issues, the list goes on. To be fair, the printer itself is fine in terms of print quality. It’s fast and looks nice. But the behind-the-scenes setup, software, and account requirements completely ruin the experience. The HP app and online account system are especially frustrating and seem to send you in circles when trying to troubleshoot anything. I would not recommend this printer. Unfortunately, we didn’t run into these issues until after the return window had passed. We won’t be purchasing an HP printer again.
