Am I the last to hear about 5-HTP?? It is a wonderful, highly effective sleep aid. I combine with with GABA or L-Theanine, take it 30 minutes before bedtime, and I finally sleep through the night! No more 3 am wake-ups with my mind racing. Best part is: No grogginess, and I feel more mentally sharp. My Oura ring is now telling me I got deep, restful sleep. I am perimenopausal, and I’ve tried everything, including prescriptions, and melatonin, which were awful. I love that this is a natural product and this supplement checks all the boxes for me in terms of quality, integrity, and USDA organic. This is worth trying if you are on the same journey. The only ingredient of concern is the B6, which often used for high-absorption supplements, other Triqueta products, and in GLP-1s, but it’s not something you need a lot of, and it can cause nerve damage and other serious issues if you get too much. So, double check your supplements and make sure it’s not adding up to too much B6. I don’t take this on days when I take a Complete B supplement. UPDATE: I still love this because it’s so effective, and I have it on subscribe and save, however the bottle no longer has the country of origin on it. This concerns me because I don’t buy supplements from certain countries, and I prefer USA, Canada, or Europe, and products that hide the countries are usually manufacturing in China. I have other Triqueta supplements that have the country of origin on the bottle or in the product info. Just calling this out in case it’ is a concern for you as well. Supplement brands need to be transparent in where their products are manufactured.

I don’t write a lot of reviews. This one is important (and looking back kind of long...sorry). With the world the way it is today and everyone looking for something to make them feel better, people should know what is real and what isn't. I needed to change something. I had been on the same prescription medications for years and had started a new weight loss medication (not the popular one, my insurance doesn't cover it). It wasn't working, my moods were allnout of whack, my sleep was non existent. So I started doing some research. Turns out, this company has it all, and it's made in the USA so it made me more interested. I started taking one of these everyday, with my morning meds, and fish oil. In conjunction, I started taking their Methyl B12 capsules at night as well. My mood improved after a couple weeks, I wasn't sluggish at work. The weight started falling off me. It was like my body finally recognized my blood? If that makes any sense. I was generally thinking clearer and my doctor and I are cutting back on some of the depression medication I have been taking for over a decade. Is it solely due to this pill? No. But these capsules, I believe, were the kick start my body needed, at 41 years old, to get going. I'm not sure why people on here are taking it at night for sleep? It says to take it in the morning. After a week or so, I did find myself feeling extremely nauseous from this pill and moved it to my nighttime regimen. I bought these on January 10, 2024 and have faithfully been taking them since. I have had little to no mood swings, over 15lbs weight loss (along with diet, exercise, and other medication) and I have been sleeping through the night. Everyone's body is different, but if you're looking for something to wake up your old circuit board, so to speak, buy these, and check out their other products. It's a life changer.

I don’t really write reviews. This product, however, really has made a noticeable difference in my overall outlook and mood. I have medication resistant depression, I have been on almost every antidepressant out there and I have had little to no results. I’ve even tried ketamine therapy. I could hardly believe it when, after taking this supplement for just 3 nights (dose as directed), I slept through the night which I never did before, even using melatonin and a gang of other meds. And I have been waking up in the morning feeling happy, like ready to do stuff. Previously, I could barely drag myself out of bed. So, long story short, this *hit works WONDERS for me. Maybe it will for you too. For $20 or so, I think it’s worth it to give it a try. I know I’ve found my silver bullet.

This product really works!!

I tried because I had started having cramps in my legs and feet and read vitamin B6 would help and yes it did! Also helps me fall asleep faster and has improved my sleep quality. It has upset my stomach though the next day and I have to use the bathroom several times during the day. Tonight I will try taking one instead of two to see if symptoms improve. I do feel like it is a little pricey so will try another brand when it's time for a refill.
