My son loves these little packets, full of flavor and keeps his hydrated! They dissolve nicely and don’t stain water bottle straws.

My son enjoys the flavor, but it's to salty for my daughter. Has a good fruit punch flavor aside from the saltiness...but it is an electrolyte drink...salt flavor is expected. It dissolved well, and didn't seem to affect my children's energy levels at all.

With older kids playing sports and a busy toddler at home, keeping everyone hydrated is important. This has been a great solution for our family. All of the kids love the flavor, including our 2-year-old, and it’s incredibly convenient to toss a few packets in our sports bags when we’re on the go.
