For the last 4 decades, I've slept with 2 pillows due to being a side-sleeper so when this pillow arrived and was half the height of what I was used to, I had reservations as to how I would get on with it. Well, over 2 months later, I totally love it! It did take about a week to 10 days to adapt but I now sleep so much better and my neck pain is greatly reduced. The shaped dip in the middle is very comfortable whether lying on my back or on my side and the higher edges on each side also give great support. I could not go back to normal pillows after this which means going on holiday might be problem... :-) Highly recommended.

I had reduced neck/upper back pain from the first night using this. I’m sleeping better and my upper back pain that plagued me during the day had massively reduced. I was hesitant swapping my pillows for this but it’s so much comfier! Knowing the issues I’m facing with poor side sleeping positions and muscle/back ache, I got another for my 14 year old daughter so she doesn’t suffer from the same issues. She loves it and said she goes to sleep much faster and her quality of sleep has improved already.

Why did you choose this product over others?: I was diagnosed few months ago with IIH and it was really important for me to find a pillow that helped me with my neck and head support. I was browsing for a while and a friend with the same condition suggested me to check out this one. So, i bought this pillow and was really hyped, i couldn't wait to get a pillow that helped me sleeping better again. It arrived in a box and with his own plastic cover; as soon as i opened the pillow i could smell a strong chemical odor, but as i read about that on the reviews, i left my pillow few days catching air. Unfortunately, after a week, the smell was still there and was not pleasant. Contacted customer service which gave me some tips, and finally the smell went away!! It has been nearly a month now i have been using this pillow, and i can definitely say, i am sleeping better than before, i don't wake up with a bad headache o neck stiffness anymore as before. The support of the pillow is amazing, it will take a while for you to adjust as every pillow, but once you get used to it, you will feel the difference in your body and sleep. I find the pillow firm enough, not too hard and not too soft, it's comfortable once you get used to the shape that embrace your neck and head. Ideal for every sleeper, i vary from side sleeper to back to belly sleeper a lot and found myself comfortable in every position. I sleep better and it helps me manage my condition during the night, which allow me to sleep for at least 6/7 hour straight and not only 3 like before for the pain. Super approved!!

I purchased this pillow because I am a side sleeper and was experiencing neck pain. Have found it very comfortable and at the moment no neck pain. A good night's sleep

This pillow is exactly what I needed for my headache. After sleeping the first night on it on the next morning my headache was significantly less and I sleep a lot deeper and therefore wake up refreshed. The only thing I could recommend is that it could be a touch firmer but it's not a problem

Life changing! I’ve suffered with a shoulder pain (which I thought was shoulder impingement) for 4+ years. Tried painkillers, gels, creams, exercises, rest, activity - you name it, I’ve tried it and to no avail so to be honest when I bought this I didn’t expect it to work but was willing to give anything a go and I’m so glad I did! After the first couple of night’s of use I was deflated as it felt uncomfortable to sleep on (I usually like a flat pillow so using something harder and more upright felt weird) but after around a week of consistent use I noticed my shoulder pain virtually gone. I don’t use it every single night now and I can feel the difference in my shoulder as the pain returns over the next few days if I skip a night for whatever reason so I’m crediting this pillow with curing my shoulder issue! It’s a sort of orthopaedic shape and is fairly firm so does take a bit of getting used to if you’re unfamiliar. It also doesn’t really fit in a standard pillowcase which is a bit annoying aesthetically but I don’t really care for that when it helps the pain as much as it does. Recommend 10/10!!!!

My neck pain is a little better and so plan to persevere. I think the concept is good but I plan to explore other brands as the pillow gets really hot and feel it could offer better neck support as it is quite thin. No obvious smell. Shape and firmness are fine,
