去年年末に購入した2ヶ月でPTZが壊れるAmazonに返金依頼するが却下販売店も同じく却下されるtp-linkに電話をかけるが、VIGIは業務用なのでメールで依頼をして下さいとか?業務用なので急いでいるのですがなんでや？？メールをしてから一週間くらいしてメールを受信しましたの返信。販売店を通じ連絡をしていただいているがもうすぐ2ヶ月が過ぎる。VIGI製品は高い！壊れると泣きをみるサポートの姿勢が最悪、情報漏洩もある。
