Not only do I love fit, crunch, protein bars, but they have the best customer service that I have experienced in a long, long time. I contacted the seller because my box arrived to 106 heat index in St. Louis, Missouri and all of my bars were melted. I contact the seller and he immediately sent me a new box packed with ice packs and special papering to keep them . They arrived in perfect condition. I could go on and on about what wonderful customer service they have. I not have not witnessed that kind of service in a long time. Now, about the bars….. it took me trying many, many , different kinds of bars before I found one that I really liked. These really do not taste like protein bars. Ha ha. Each flavor is delicious. Taste just like a candy bar. I’m so happy to have found them.

I purchased the Flavor Lovers box. Summary: These tasty. These are expensive per bar, I purchased for $20.09 after tax ($2.23/bar) and this is steep for me. DON’T SWITCH OUT CINNAMON FOR MINT!!!! I was very annoyed by this, but they didn’t send the cinnamon twist version that is pictured and instead sent mint chocolate… super lame. Flavor Breakdown Chocolate Coconut Almond – My favorite of the bunch. Tastes like a Samoa girl scout cookie. Seriously will buy just a box of these. Milk & Cookies – Tastes great. Similar to a Hershey’s cookies and cream bar. Chocolate Peanut Butter – I like this one. Comes in regular box at local store, so wasn’t excited about it. Tastes great. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough – Also available at local store. Tastes great. Good chocolatey flavor. Apple Pie – Reminded me of the apple cinnamon quaker oatmeal I ate a lot as a kid. It was good, but not my favorite. However, if you love that oatmeal flavor then you will love this. Peanut Butter and Jelly – I’d give this one a 3 out of 5 stars. Tastes better than most “keto friendly” candy bars, but the jelly part is a little chewy and I didn’t love that. Cinnamon Twist (Mint Chocolate Chip) – This is the part I was annoyed about! I do not like Mint Chocolate, so I was excited to get a box that didn’t have any. However, the box says it comes with Cinnamon Twist, but mine was replaced with Mint Chocolate Chip. The mint one tastes like a York peppermint patty, but not quite as strong. It was okay, but since I don’t like mint, I rank this the lowest. Cinnamon is one of my favorite flavors, so I am still mad about this switcharoo. Caramel Peanut – Don’t remember this flavor very well. Lemon Cake – I love lemon, but I didn’t get much lemon flavor out of this. Maybe I was having an off day, but it tasted more like that vanilla tootsie roll candy (if that makes sense). It was good, but also not my favorite.

I’ve tried more protein bars than I’d like to admit, and most of them taste like someone pressed cardboard into a rectangle and sprinkled it with artificial sweetener. FITCRUNCH Snack Size Bars? Totally different story. Each bar is like a mini dessert masterpiece—six layers of flavor and texture, from the soft cake-like center to the creamy coating and a little crunch for good measure. The Flavor Lovers variety pack kept things exciting: chocolate peanut butter that tastes like a candy bar, cookies & cream that’s pure nostalgia, and a mint flavor that could rival my favorite ice cream. With only 3g of sugar, they don’t hit me with that crash-and-burn energy dip, and they’re gluten-free, so my friends with dietary restrictions can enjoy them too. Perfect for a guilt-free snack, a sweet tooth emergency, or tossing in my bag for the gym. Bottom line: These aren’t just protein bars—they’re a trick your taste buds will thank you for. 🍫💪

They are sweet, some flavors exceptionally so. They feel like a dessert sometimes and if you have a sweet tooth like me, you could have dessert anytime, anywhere, even if you were full. That's this bar. That said I could do with less sugar alcohols, a smidge less sweetness over all. Most flavors are true to the flavor on the label. Different textures and flavors bar to bar. The outer coating is easily melted, instantly melts on your skin, no way it survives a mildly warm day or pocket. Summer shipping is probably a nightmare so I'll be stocking up in the winter. A lot of protein bars are 20 grams protein, maybe 240 calories, taste like chalk at best, little variety flavor to flavor. These taste like candy adding some calories and dropping some protein for the sake of decent taste, each bar is pretty unique, I could blind taste test the differences if I had to. It makes these bars pretty unique. Definitely keeping in the rotation, maybe even just stick with the variety pack since I find most flavors pretty nice. The most similar thing I've had are the discontinued "Vega Protein Snack" bar, FITCRUNCH is really similar (albeit not vegan.) More calories, more flavor, less protein.
