These shakes have become one of my favorite quick meals. They taste really good especially when they are cold straight from the refrigerator. The strawberry flavor is smooth and creamy without having that chalky protein shake taste. They keep me full for several hours so I have even used them as a meal replacement when I am busy or trying to stay on track with my diet. There’s 15 g of protein per serving and I feel like that’s a decent amount! One of the biggest surprises was the price. Buying the twelve pack on Amazon was much cheaper than buying the same amount at my local grocery store. Between the taste the amount of protein and how filling they are I think they are a great value. I will definitely keep ordering these because they make eating healthier much more convenient.

Atkins drinks are filling and delicious. They cut my appetite for about two hours. One drink is only 160 cal. and high in protein.

Shakes taste good but doesn’t have a strong strawberry flavor. Very low sugar and lots of nutrients. Ideal for seniors who want to add protein to their diet.

Not a very good value for your money they are expensive but I think that's just normal Atkins stuff I think anywhere you get it is expensive that's the only reason I'm not giving it five stars but the portability is very easy the healthiness is great the sugar content is great the quality is good it's got a really good taste these are my favorite it's the strawberry flavored they work for me since I'm on the glp 1
