Each cracker/cookie per pk. has different calorie intake,6 cracker 1pk. can be 180 cal.another can be 210-240 calories per.pk

Why is expired food being allowed to be sold and paid for ??

The expiration date is probably 1/2 of the actual shelf life time. I have had "expired" dates many times & had no issue with the product. I always figure if the product has 6 months it's actually good for 1 year or at the least 3 more months depending on the product.

I just bought these in December for $11 so why now are they almost $16?

Prices on all Amazon products fluctuate. Why I don't know.

Easy to eat good for losing weight quick snacks for anybody it helps the kids I had delicious has been a lifesaver so many times and having them even for myself this package is perfect can last up the entire month if you buy more than one

They are what they are. :) The only issue is they were shipped in a plastic bag and the crackers on the ends were beat all to heck and back. I don't know if complaining to Amazon would help. If this happens to you, cut the end off the cracker pack with scissors and pour it into your mouth. If you are ordering a lot of things, hopefully they will ship them all together and you won't have this happen.
