I have some degenerative disc issues and have tried a lot of pillows over the past few years. This is the first one that has improved my morning discomfort. I'm not sure why but it is working and I'm pleased with it. At this price, I would say it's worth a try for others.

The pocket that can be filled with water allows one to control the height and firmness of the pillow while the very soft top filling provides comfort. I am a side sleeper but I believe it would be great for all. Obviously it is heavy and one must remove water before transporting. This is easily done, but measure the amount which is just right for you .

I am use to lower loft pillows that are soft and mold around your head. I was hoping from the “cloud like cozy comfort” that this would be ideal. The directions say for a soft feel, add 2 quarts of water( which is not much over the area it will spread) you burp it to get air out, which is easy. But even at the smallest amount of water it was way to high a loft, I could not get the loft down with the weight of my head, so my neck was at an angle which hurt. When I laid on my side it was ok. But on my Tummy and back not good at all. Wishing they had a zipper to change the loft amount. My husband also tried it and was a little soar in morning, so we will continue to try this out hoping the loft will decrease but hopefully not get firmer from being compressed. By the way I called the company, the gentleman was very nice, went through the dos and dont’s and reminded me we have a 30 day refund window.
