Can I use the S20Pro just for vacuuming without mopping?

You can use the Suction Mode, though it does require water in the tank to operate. For optimal cleaning, we recommend using other vacuum and mop modes, as they provide a more thorough clean.

Can the S20Pro be used on carpets or rugs?

The S20Pro is specially designed for hard floors like tile, marble, hardwood, and laminate, so it's best to use it on those surfaces for the perfect clean.

Can I use cleaning solution from other brands?

Only use Narwal-brand detergent; other cleaners or disinfectants may corrode the machine’s internal tubing, damage the unit, and even erode your flooring.

Why is the S20Pro easier to maneuver than others?

Narwal S20 Pro is designed for effortless maneuverability with self-propelling wheels, a low center of gravity, perfect alignment for steering, and a flexible hinge for navigating around furniture. It's lightweight and powerful.

How to maintain wet dry vacuum?

A. It would be better to empty the dirty water tank after each use. B. Ensure the brush and filter are thoroughly clean and dried before start using. C. Replace the filter every 3-6 months for optimal cleaning efficiency.
