Is this really loud? My nephew has a problem with loud sounds.

The volume is adjustable and can be loud - but it is so much fun, your precious nephew might learn to like a little louder.

id say 3+....no small parts...but fun for kids and adults!

but does it make a fart sound and robots voice like Jean's from "Bob's Burgers", my son really wants one like Jeans lol???

No, it just synthesizes your voice. No fart sounds

4 Year Old Grandson Loves it

Bought this for my 4 year old grandsons' birthday. It is definitely a hit as not only did he love it but the adults had so much fun also. After reading all the reviews I had doubts but overall even the bad reviews said the kids loved it and still played with it even though the adults found it cheap so I gave it a chance and very happy I did!
