These Real Men Pouch Strapless Jocks are great. They will DEFINITELY give you the upfront lift you are seeking...although be aware, it might be too much...but I do like the upfront lift.I have a 36-inch waist and I've ordered the Large size in the D, B, and C, pouch. They all fit well, and each size provides the testicle support I am seeking, while providing the "lift" I like. If they carried this specific item in an "A" pouch size I might even prefer that one, since the pouch sizes are mostly for your length.Do be aware that your testicles sometimes have a tendency to slip out if you are bending or crossing your legs aggressively, while wearing shorts. I have had that happen when working on lawn equipment and bending, and kneeling often. This is usually only when I am wearing my Tenjoy high-thigh, wide-split running shorts. I don't seem to have this issue if I am wearing regular jeans. You will also most likely slip out if you wear them for heavy workouts at the gym.One additional thing to be aware of is that if you need to relieve yourself, at a urinal, it will be tricky to slip yourself back into the pouch…so it would be best to sit to relieve yourself.The pouch for "Johnny" in all the pouch sizes is a little bit long, for me, as I am not "well endowed". If you are one of those lucky men who are "well endowed", it will most likely fit you very nicely, just be aware the "up and forward lift" will definitely be pronounced and noticeable. That might be something you desire, or that might be something you don't really want to accentuate. Just be aware of that.I do prefer the support and lift I get with the "B" pouch, since I am not "well endowed". The "B" pouch presents my package very nicely, which I do like. If you are of "average" size I would recommend the "C" pouch. If you are one of those lucky men who are "well endowed", I would recommend the "D" pouch.I love wearing these Real Men Pouch Strapless Jocks when I desire to feel a little "freer" from the coverage of normal underwear, especially when wearing shorts made of thin material, or from the back straps of a regular jock strap.I wear these Real Men Pouch Strapless Jocks often and enjoy the lift and feel when I'm wearing them, and I love how it presents my package. Once again, if you are "well endowed" you will present very well, and possibly a bit more than you might like.As an added BONUS…they would be great for the support your testicles will need when recovering from hernia surgery.I'd say if you are feeling "adventurous", and want to feel and see your package lifted and pronounced, while having your testicles snuggled, while being supported, then give them a try. I think you will enjoy them!

A simple but brilliant design. Supports the package effortlessly. Very easy and comfortable to wear. I just ordered three more.

Interesting thought, However, they do cause a very "banana" shaped package causing a pretty obvious protrusion. They follow more of an L shaped pouch, they would be better if the package was able to hang a little more normal with a downward drop. Aside from that they are very comfortable to wear. The fabric blend is great fits nicely. I typically am a C pouch in their other models, but i prefer a B in this model... possibly even an A (if they made them) just to cut down on the bulging.

Really happy with the way this fit and was surprisingly comfortable. Since there's no backwards tension it does generate a rather extreme amount of 'lift' aka creates tremendous frontward protrusion; if that's what you're going for, great, but these could never be described as 'discreet'. In gym shorts they'd be borderline offensive haha, but the waistband and front pouch is nice and thick and the material is high-quality, which holds everything in place quite comfortably. I wouldn't try jogging in them, but for general walking about they're great.

Honestly had my doubts about this jockstrap but I love it.I have now worn it out and about under sweats, Levi's, doing chores around the house and worn only this jockstrap during my workout which includes weights and cardio with a lot of movement with no issues, stays well in place and is very comfortable.The only issue and what I first tried was jumping jacks in which I did fall out of it after 20-30 seconds. Otherwise stayed in place, holding me.Soft and sexy. Really enjoyed wearing this jock. Hot!Takes a little getting used to getting it on, does require both hands but it gets easier each time.Really works well.I have the medium size with C pouch and it works really well for me.I would still like to see the inside seam stitching covered, can irritate if sensitive.Enjoy this sexy jock!

Pouch trim edge fabric is coarse and scratchy.Pouch re-curve is too loose and opens/stretches too easily, allowing contents to depart with only a few simple steps.Needs more holding power.

These things hug and hold exactly how you need it. They're very breathable and comfortable. They don't squish your man junk into you like many jocks, they hold and support it. The only bad thing about them is that the sizing between various models is very different, even though they all use the same sizing method (with the different size balls as a visual). In the strapless model, I am a C pouch, darn near a D pouch. In the standard jockstrap I am a B pouch. In the boxer brief model I'm an A pouch (almost a B pouch, but it just a smidge loose). So just keep that in mind, you might need to buy a few different sizes and return the one that don't fit.
