I bought these medium gloves one year ago (under my husband's account) and they are still alive and well! I am a woman, 5'5, with small hands - my palms are 3x4 inches. I bought the medium because of the reviews and they're perfect. If i wanted a more snug fit, the small likely would be fine. I have some extra room in the medium. They are not falling apart and I have done 4-5 days per week of orange theory and for the last 4 months I have also been lifting 3 times a week. Will buy again when I need more gloves.

The pair of gloves have so far been able to not fall apart. Good quality and I will definitely buy again one day.

I was totally going to return them but I told my go-to’s. Gave these a shot and I totally love them now. Great for the gym, even when I’m doing push ups it’s nice not to feel the stuff on the floor at the gym. Feel like I have better grip on the bars and such. The padding is nice.
