I've tried every back brace on Amazon (pretty much). Two L4/L5/S1 surgeries and many back injections - this back brace is worth every cent. It immediately offers relief. It is lightweight and can fit under clothing. I am 5'8" and weigh 145 lbs, and the small fits great. I have only had to replace it once due to the Velcro wearing out, but I wear it almost every day, and for a while I was even sleeping in it- highly recommend if you are suffering from lower back pain- at $45 bucks its a deal compared to what you are dealing with

Wow...my back hurts getting frozen chicken from the freezer without the brace. With the brace im mixing cement and slinging cinderbkocks without issue. Currently dealing with L5S1 bulging disc and sciatica.

This belt covers a little bit more surface area than my other belt so I ordered it. It’s a good belt with good core stability. You can get it pretty tight and the Velcro is good. I just got it so I’ve worn it 5 days now.

I bought this product base on the reviews. I also liked the idea of the tightening system. But, this is not for people with serious back issues. Or elderly. You can put the first belt on but you can't then find the two straps to tighten it. Even standing in front of a mirror doesn't help. Also if you lack muscle strength in the arms, the two tightening straps are not only hard to find but small and hard to place on the Velcro. This product is for a skinny person that stands straight and has not only good eyesight but muscle strength. Or a person that has a partner to pull and place the straps.
