Does this include mrs AND mrs?!

yes, the package that i ordered contained the stickers for both mr. and mrs. potato head.

Would set fit a 2xl men & small womens?

Hello, The set does not include shirts. Just decals and hats. Use old shirts, because the adhesive kind of stays on there. We had so much fun wearing the Potato Head costumes, so enjoy.

Has the packaging improved or upon arrival is everything still squished and mashed-up?

Hello Mimi,I am very sorry if it happened in your first order. We packed the item safe and secured but it will still depend on the carrier as to how the way it is being handled while in transit and transferring from one post to another. However, we will take full responsibility if it will arrive damage.
