Very good quality. No taste on food. No weird smells. I use for frying, sautéing and just as a light drizzle over food. Had to switch to this because vegetable oil started burning my eyes when I would fry food. This does not have that effect on me or my son. Very satisfied. Also has high burring point. 👍

... what I received appeared to be really fresh, it had no noticeable odors, I had no issues with the taste (raw or cooked) and the color is within a range of what I've seen in other more expensive Avocado oils. The price is quite reasonable, however, if you're not a user of Avocado oil on a daily basis, a gallon is probably too much to buy ... Avocado oil will go rancid, especially when not properly stored.
