i have 2 vcrs that work. the reshow cleaner run & hums but i dont see the time counter moving when i put in the tape? it just stays 00:00

I simply insert the RESHOW CLEANER into my VCR machine and press play. The word PLAY appears on the VCR machine and It runs for about 40 seconds. When the run is finished the word PLAY disappears. I then hit the rewind button and the RESHOW Cleaner tape rewinds. Back in the box it goes until the next time I need it.

Hi everyone, it's me Lesley. Yup the same Les that's everything VHS..they used to call me Vhs-ley, enough about me You know you wait your whole existence for that one day that a VHS head cleaner does exactly what it suppose too, well today was that day.. 20,30 year old cob ridden abused poor VHS tapes back to their previous glory, I don't how Reshow can get something so right for such a niche antiquated form of entertainment.
