Good Quality- minor fault
Excellent stretch, ideal for trousers etc,, when cut to length, the elastic threads tend to pull (come loose) and require a machine (or hand) stitch accoss the ends to secure . Used in trousers, that have been washed several times and the elastic is still as good as new.
