As a 51 year old female, this is the first time I’ve taken creatine. After doing research, I learned what amounts should be taken to maximize the benefits. In the first week, I went all in and I added 20 grams to my water daily throughout the day. There is no flavor whatsoever and mixes very well with any liquids. I never added this to my coffee, but I would add 10 grams to my 40 oz water prior to my strength training sessions along with a packet of electrolytes. For the second half of my day, I would add the remaining 10 grams to get the total 29 grams. It’s been only a week, and I notice considerable energy when I lift weights. I’m able to lift heavier and more reps. I’ve noticed that my body can handle endurance better and I have less pain in my joints, legs and hips overall. I lift weights 3 days a week and walk the other 4 days and I’ve never felt better.
