This is a great supplement to take daily.

I used another product in tablet form and had issues because it would break apart during digestion so I switched to these. One capsule is sufficient and I noticed that my brain felt more at ease for several hours and less brain fatigue.

Works great with their prostate formula no clue why it's not in it.? 1 I take prostate formula daily in the morning 2 of the Avena Sativa Extract daily in the morning and one at dinner of Avena Sativa Extract. Seems to Help in the Gym 🏋️♂️ 😏😏😏 I like this supplement company. 👍
