Very good, natural and energy boost

Since the pandemic I've developed an addiction of sorts to peppermint candy. I've never been addicted to anything before. I'm lucky. The man next door watches the news and drinks vodka to get through it. The pandemic, the politics, the economy, the weather, etc. all play a part in how we cope. I don't watch the news or television. I read some news online to avoid hysterical reporters and annoying marketing ads. Just the pandemic alone was enough for me to reach for hard peppermint candy. I used to put one in my one cup of morning coffee. During the day and after dinner I'd eat a few. I noticed, I was eating more. This product arrived yesterday. I decided to take two with a meal and that was too much. I awoke with a splitting headache. Root powder is concentrated, our bodies are different. You may need to take one at first to give your system time to adjust, like me. Today, I've had no sugar cravings. I took one Beet Root with lunch and feel better than I have in quite a while. Normally, I take vitamins. I stopped taking everything and will take this for a few days to see how my body reacts to it. I've never had Buttermilk pie before. Tonight, my cousin cut a slice after dinner and I tried it. I immediately tasted the sugar and could not finish it. Beet root improved my circulation and stopped my sugar cravings in one day. If you are under a doctor's care or take prescription drugs, consult your doctor. Please know that doctors only study nutritional health as a requirement to get their degree. It used to be 6 credits toward their degree. I would recommend that you speak to a nutritionist after speaking to your doctor. Especially if you are on heart medication, high blood pressure medication, or medication for diabetes. THIS PRODUCT LOWERS YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE AND SUGAR. Please be responsible. One more thing. A few years ago, I had retinal surgery on one eye. On RARE occasion, I have dry eye in the surgical eye. With the headache, I could tell my IOP (Intraocular eye pressure) was elevated. In my case, this was the blood circulating to that area. After an hour, I was okay. Based on the above, I highly recommend this awesome product.
