This stuff is honestly awesome. I originally bought it after getting on a cleaning kick trying to maintain our AC vents and HVAC system. To my horror, I found mold and buildup even though we regularly change our filters. We also had a mildew smell in our hallway near the ceiling unit and attic door, especially with foot traffic coming in and out. Before this, I tried a couple of hypochlorous acid cleaners. They were okay and made things feel a little cleaner, but I never saw a real difference or got the results I wanted. I was mainly trying to freshen the hallway and clean up the air from that funky HVAC smell, and this product actually did it. The directions were clear and easy to follow. I sprayed it into the HVAC duct with the AC off and fan running, and I could tell a difference almost right away. The air felt cleaner and the smell was finally gone. The spray bottle is also a powerhouse and works almost like a manual fogger, which helps it spread really well. I’ve now used it on air, carpet, and both porous and non-porous surfaces. There’s basically no scent, but everything just feels clean afterward. I’ve even started tackling dusty areas I used to avoid, and I don’t notice dust flying everywhere or my allergies acting up like usual. It just works. If you’re dealing with odors or HVAC issues and want your home to actually feel clean, this is 100% worth it.

This stuff is amazing. Forget about all the other cleaners that claim to work on mold. This stuff takes care of mold almost so easily it will surprise you. After using this product, you will start to question why all cleaners can't work this well. Just amazing stuff!

I've bought this twice now. The first time I thought oh my gosh $20!? But I read that it could get cat urine out. We had a rescue that sprayed on some carpet. It absolutely worked!! I now use it for so much! But only stinky smells from water damage, bottoms of trash cans, showers and killing mold. I don't use it to disinfectant doorknobs, counters or toys because I believe we can over sanitize and then it disrupts our microbiome. Food for thought!

Used on a very old dishwasher no scent to choke you - value if the money. Mold has not come back
