This vitamin D supplement was recommended to me by my hormone doctor, and I’ve been really happy with it. The softgels are small and very easy to swallow, which I appreciate compared to some larger supplements. They’re also completely tasteless, so taking them daily is simple. I also like that this formula includes vitamin K along with the vitamin D, which was one of the reasons it was recommended to me. The price is comparable to other options, but the quality seems higher than many supplements you’ll typically find at the grocery store. Overall, this has been a great option for maintaining my vitamin D levels. I take it once every morning, usually before eating and haven’t experienced any stomach upset.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I was looking for a vitamin D supplement that was a great quality easy to swallow and really provides the Vitamin D we need especially during the winter months!
