Delivered to the collection point and without any damage. Quality of the flour was good and able to use for homemade bread and rotis. Medium flour is good with fibre content not removed fully. tast was not compromised when compared to the fine flour, but this was only for rotis, not tried any other recipes. Able to make fluffy rotis with added oil while rolling them flat. pack was easy to open.

I love this flour and it is good for soda bread as well as it's usual purpose. Look up Jamie Oliver's soda bread recipe on Youtube using an empty tin for measuring - two tins flour, one milk (with or without four teaspoons vinegar), one teaspoon sugar, half a teaspoon salt, two teaspoons bicarbonate of soda. Mix dry ingredients then add wet and mix. I don't even knead the bread with this flour. Oil and dust with flour your bread pan to go in the oven, add the mix to it, brush the top of the loaf with some oil and or milk and stick it in the oven at 200C (without fan) or 180C with fan for twenty minutes. You can have delicious bread for a few meals made in around thirty minutes from start to finish and using this flour it is excellent. It comes out like the fancy stuff you pay a small fortune for using this flour but not so good with others I have tried.

The flour quality is nice, and the chapatis from this flour are also soft. This deserves a 5 start, but considering the price its being sold here at Amazon is on the higher side compared to an Offline stores. And hence it gets 3 stars.

The flour is really coarse half of it is husk chapatis are super hard
