NOT FOR USE IN UK WRONG VOLTAGE AND PLUG
Great Machine. I used one in Canada so thought I would treat myself to one here in the UK. I went on Amazon UK and ordered one. Unfortunately it turn up with a USA plug an American voltage. Why list it on a UK Amazon site when it will not work here. I now have to return it. It does NOT state American use only. Very annoyed after buying 2 packets of K-Kup coffees too Grrr!

The machine that does not work in australia
I have been unable to use the item as the power plug does not meet Australian standards in fact when Itried to use the appliance it blew the electrical fuse making it in workable. As I purchased this in good faith not knowing I could not use it I would like to request a refund of the purchase price please

You’ll never want to buy from a coffee shop again.
Stopped buying coffee at Starbucks after I bought this. It’s easy to find keurig compatible cups to use with the machine. I get mine at target with the market place brand and love to use the hazelnut flavor. They’re more affordable. It got clogged after lots of use but cleaned it out and it worked great again. You can choose between 8/10/12oz for the amount of coffee you want each brew. It’s not loud but it’s also not super quiet you can definitely hear it from another room when using it. It’s light weight and compact .

Perfect size and compatibility, with a few features and functions. It does make quite a bit of noise, but not any more than the other pod machines. It's easy to use and set up, and it brews "strong" coffee with a button specifically for that preference. 8, 10, and 12 oz options for your coffee. Coffee comes out very hot. Be careful!
