Excellent cartridges
Bought before and will again. These cartridges work well in my HP Officejet 6600. Easy to insert, no mess and cheap as chips!

I have tried a few HP 932/933 XL compatible ink cartridges for my HP printer. These are very good and this is my second order for these. Price is amazing and the first batch worked 100% spot on so hoping this batch are the same.

Good ink and fantastic customer service
I've used Smart ink previously to save spending over £100 for official HP ink. The ink is good, at first it took a couple test prints before the ink was flowing fully but from there had no complaints. I ordered a replacement set of cartridges after a year of use but unfortunately the printer didn't accept the new cartridges. Customer Service was extremely easy to access and they supported me through the tests before swiftly arranging replacement cartridges to be sent. I'd strongly recommend Smart Ink as an alternative, and if there are any issues they are happy to help. Thank you Alice for your support.

Do not buy. Awful.
Cartridges don’t work at all. Keep making the printer error. Waste of money. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent quality and great customer service
After purchasing my new ink, it arrived quickly and my printer accepted the ink without issue. After a quick cleaning of the heads and the usual user maintenance that should be done when replacing ink after a long period of non use, I was off and printing excellent quality print jobs. I didn't use the printer for over a week after my first day and upon turning it back on, I had an error when trying to print indicating there was an issue with the ink. I swapped out the ink one by one with the old original ink until the issue went away and discovered the cyan was completely empty but had not been used enough to be so the count and the ink levels did not match. I contacted the seller directly who quickly responded and immediately sent me new ink. I put in the new cyan and was able to print again with excellent quality. This seller stands behind his products and offers excellent customer service. I will be buying from him again.
