The quality control is questionable.
I’ve just got the scooter, opened the box and found the strange white glue, paint or whatever that is on the brake wires. I didn’t even take it out of the box to prevent the hassle to put it back for the return. Big disappointment; I should buy F3 for the similar price when was on Black Friday sale…

Terrible Quality and Even Worse Support
The overall quality of this scooter is unacceptable, and I strongly advise other customers to avoid it. The rear tire exploded on its own during normal use, with no visible damage or impact that could have caused it. After the explosion, adhesive material was visible inside the tire, which suggests it may have been used or poorly repaired before being shipped. The battery performance is also completely misleading. The product listing claims a 75 km range, but in reality it barely lasts 15 km before dying. This is not a small difference — it is a major false claim and makes the scooter unusable for real commuting. Support is even worse than the product. Every time you call, the same representative answers, and she sounds half asleep, uninterested, and untrained. There is no escalation, no follow‑up, and no real help. It feels like the entire support department is just one person who doesn’t care. This has been one of the worst product and support experiences I’ve ever had. I regret buying it, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake.

Good investment
It is the best item I have bought on Amazon. I have no regret investing on this. Also, the lights work wonderfully during the night.
