I ordered several different compression garments for post-op and this was the most comfortable. I liked that there were no seams or hooks to dig anyplace as I was looking for as smooth a fit as I could get. I would have probably given this 5 stars except that the garment can dig in to the arm pit area a little (yes they are adjustable but when I adjusted to comfortable length this was still a bit of an issue). I've worn mine 8 weeks now and it has held up to numerous washes. Just be sure not to use fabric softener. I also prefer to let mine air dry to help maintain the snug fit.

This is a wonderful comfortable Stage 2 recovery garment. So happy I saved some money buying on Amazon vs. direct from Marena. In week 3 post Lipo and this is just perfect amount of compression and gentle on my still healing skin areas, without needing foam. Tip: the leg edge is raw, and can be cut shorter to your needs. Highly recommend!

I ordered the "knee-length" based upon the picture that was shown on the actual ordering page, which showed the length go below the knees to nearly the calf, which is exactly what I was looking for. However, when the garment arrived, not only was it NOT "knee-length", it didn't even reach my knees, rather it was 4 inches above the knee! Certainly that didn't meet my needs, and I realized immediately that the model wearing the garment in the picture must have been super short (I'm 5'8") or the photo that was used was that of a "calf-length" garment, which is exactly what I needed. I returned the garment to Amazon and requested a refund. Since Amazon didn't offer a Marena Recovery Calf-Length Compression Girdle with High-Back, I had to go directly to the Marena website to find and order exactly what I needed. If the proper photo would have been displayed in the first place, showing a garment ABOVE the knee, I wouldn't have ordered it in the first place. That is the only reason it received a 2 star. BTW, the same garment I ordered from the Marena website in "calf-length" would receive a 5-star rating.

Liked the fact that it didn’t have to be hooked up in the front, but the shoulder adjustments were in the front and would dig into the skin, plus the binding at the crotch are too thick and chaff. I had to alter the areas to be more comfortable by removing the shoulder adjustment to the back and cut off the binding completely. Likely a man had designed this garment that had never had to wear one.

I love it so much I’m going to order another one.
