Maximum Strength Pure Quercetin Dihydrate Powder, 100 Gram, Powerfully Supports Energy.

The product gets 5 stars. The scoop inside in the little plastic bag dumped inside the main bag is a horrible idea. The quercetin sticks to the plastic, and the last one had quercetin inside the the little bag, too. Did anyone in packaging even try it out after they dumped the thing in there?? One star for that. It would be way better if it was glued/taped to the outside, or skip the little bag.

A year and a half ago my allergies started going crazy. I developed a bunch of food allergies. I developed allergies to smoke, exhaust, frying food and lots of other things. I started having reactions where my face, chest, upper arms and back would swell and get painfully hot, along with being bright red and sweaty. I would have joint pain and brain fog and sometimes my throat would swell. I went to an allergist, who wasn't any help. I started reading about my symptoms and taking antihistamines, but I was still having at least one reaction a day. I ordered this quercetin because I read that it might help, and I've been taking it for three days. I wanted a powder without bromelian because I'm allergic to pineapple. This product suits my needs perfectly. It comes with a measuring scoop. I've been sprinkling it on a slice of toast and then putting sunflower butter on top, since I read it's best taken with a bit of oil. The three days I've been taking it are the first days in more than a year that I haven't had an allergic reaction. I went to the grocery store, which is usually a problem for me, and didn't get a big, red sweaty face like usual, and didn't have to take benadryl when I got home from the store. This is a huge improvement and I will continue taking quercetin and update my review in a couple of months.

It has been 4 days since I have started taking this (along with AS Grassfed Kidney supplement) and I feel almost like my old "normal" self. After almost two years of suffering of deteriorating health (allergies, asthma, severe respiratory problems, GI issues, peripheral neuropathies and finally anaphylaxis), I felt helpless and doctors were useless. Looking back, although I thought I was perfectly healthy before, the fact that my body would overreact to mosquito bites was an initial sign. Turns out I have high levels of histamine in my body and therefore overreacting to everything and anything. Parts of my body would go numb and/or a constant feeling of "pins and needles". Anyways, after a lot of research I read about Histamine Intolerance (again, doctors were no help) and decided to try this supplement as I understand it stabilizes mast cells, and try the other (already mentioned) supplement, to break down the histamines from the food I eat. It has worked like wonders! Most of the neurological symptoms are gone (at least 80% of them at this point), and I can eat a full meal again (albeit, low histamine foods at this point). I had dropped 16 pounds in 3 weeks so this is a big deal to me. I'm sure there is still a long way to recovery but I haven't felt this well in over two years. The packaging is a bit messy but that's just a small inconvenience, what matter is that it works!!

Clean product that is competitively affordable. Unfortunately, the bag is low quality which gets messy as soon as you open it. This product also stains everything it touches which doesn't make it any easier.

Bought this on a flash sale deal and wish I could get it again for the price I paid ($18 or so would be a great price) :( . I add this to my homemade mineral drink mix. It has no flavor at all but turns my drink bright yellow. Need to use warm or hot (but not too hot) water to dissolve the powder. It does not dissolve or mix in cold water. But it stays in solution once dissolved. I prefer mixing my own energy drinks and am always looking for healthy powders and liquids to add. This is a great product. Will buy again.
