Check it out! When I used to work for a vitamin manufacturer, this combination was our signature product. I know why it works, and why you should take it, so I've been looking for versions of it ever since we left that company. Some.other companies had a version of it, but I've been looking for a formulations without any of the insults commonly included: no glues gums, binders, filling agents, lubricants, dilutants, flavorings, colorings, coatings, waxes, shelallacs. Emulsiifiers, etc. Z)can you tell I've said that a few times before?) This product satisfied my requirements. More at another time. I buy this product because it works, it fits my budget, and it has good clean ingredients. I’m deficient in magnesium and I take 6-7 capsules daily. It helps with my sleep, leg aches, and staying regular. If I don’t take it, I feel the difference. I hope the ingredients remain intact since the company was bought out by Nestle.

This is a great product! Was having issues with foot/leg cramps in the night, but the day I started taking this they were gone! This stuff works miracles!
